We’re BUKI, an international EdTech company building the next-generation educational marketplace. Think Airbnb or Uber — but for learning.

Our platform helps thousands of tutors find students, and students — the perfect teachers.

Since launching in 2014, we’ve been on a mission to become the largest educational resource in Central & Eastern Europe (CEE).

In 2020, we launched BUKI School, an online learning unit connecting students with verified tutors.

As a Sales Manager, you’ll ensure a perfect match between students and tutors — from the first request to successful lessons.

Processing applications after probation lessons.
Guiding the client to the first payment.
Processing applications after the current package of lessons has been completed.
Guiding the client to repeat payments. </aside>

<aside> 🧠

Fluent or native-level Romanian: excellent pronunciation, grammar, and written communication.
1+ year of experience in sales, customer support, or client management.
Confident computer user (MS Office, Google Docs, Gmail, browsers, spreadsheets).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high self-organization.

Background in education (language courses, online schools, private tutoring).
Experience managing or coordinating small teams in an educational setting. </aside>

Your compensation combines a fixed base salary with a performance-based bonus, so strong results directly grow your earnings. The total gross ranges from €900 to €1,400 per month, with the exact figure based on your experience and skills.
